1. Payment & Service Initiation
All services are prepaid and require full payment at the time of placing the order.
Our team typically initiates work within 2 hours of receiving your order. Based on the documents and details you provide, we may request additional information to ensure that your consultation and assistance are aligned with the required IEC Code setup.
The average response time for initial consultation and documentation review is within a few hours to one working day.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Initiation:
If the cancellation request is received before our team has started working on your consultation, a refund will be processed after deducting ₹300 as service and handling charges.
After Service Commencement:
Once work has begun on your consultation or documentation assistance, no cancellations or refunds are possible. This includes any advisory services related to IEC Code registration or guidance provided.
Partial Cancellations (Exceptional Cases):
If consultation services have been initiated but later the assistance is deemed incomplete due to external reasons (e.g., government rejection or unforeseen issues), we may offer a partial refund based on the circumstances, at our discretion.
3. Refund Policy
If We Are at Fault:
In the rare event that the consultation or documentation assistance fails due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
If Customer Is at Fault:
If the assistance fails due to incorrect or incomplete information or documents provided by the customer, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued, depending on the case and services already provided.
Non-Refundable Charges:
The following components are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Consultation fee after work has begun
Government fees (related to actual registration)
Payment gateway charges
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
