Refund and Cancellation Policy

At iecindiaonline.org, we aim to provide fast, transparent, and reliable IEC (Import Export Code) registration services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our online services.

1. Payment & Service Initiation

  • All services are prepaid and require full payment at the time of placing the order.

  • Our team typically initiates work within 2 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the completeness of submitted documents, we may request additional documentation.

  • The average processing time ranges from a few hours up to one working day.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins:
    If the cancellation request is received before the government fee has been paid and the application has not been submitted, a refund will be processed after deducting ₹300 as service and handling charges.

  • After Government Fee Payment:
    Once the government fee is paid, the application is considered submitted. No cancellations or refunds are possible at this stage.

  • Partial Cancellations (Exceptional Cases):
    If the government fee has been paid but the application is later rejected or cancelled by the government authority, we may offer a partial refund based on the circumstances, at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

  • If We Are at Fault:
    In the rare event that the application fails due to an error from our side, a full refund will be issued.

  • If Customer Is at Fault:
    If the registration fails due to incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the customer, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued, depending on the case and work completed.

  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    The following components are non-refundable under all circumstances:

    • Government fee

    • Payment gateway charges

    • Service fee once the work has progressed beyond the initial stage

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Refund timelines may also depend on your bank or payment gateway.
